JDI Tracker
Deficiency Completion Tracking
Currently in use at over thirty hospitals, JDI Tracker is a proven tool used by HIM management to monitor physician compliance with deficiency completion requirements.
Tracker’s ability to monitor the entire incomplete record process, including notification, suspension, and delinquency reporting, provides a significant enhancement to most Medical Record imaging systems.
Control over the timing and delivery method for physician notification is placed entirely in your hands. Delivery options include fax, email, print or
a combination as specified at the physician level.
Compliance monitoring for JCAHO, CMS, and other regulatory agencies can be accomplished through Tracker, and our deployment team is always responsive to the changing needs of HIM management as regards
federal and state mandates.
After a thorough survey is taken, The JDI Net Systems team will customize Tracker based on your criteria. We work directly with your HIM staff and management to make sure that your needs are fully realized, including training, documentation and follow up support.

Text Document Processing
While OneContent has many options for loading documents it sometimes needs help translating files into a format that is suitable for processing. We can even take it a step further and collect information which can be used after the document has been loaded into OneContent by Exporter or OneContent work flow.
JDI Viewer
Static document archive
Designed for facilities which need to retain the use of medical records that are being housed in defunct or discontinued systems, JDI Viewer enables facilities to search for, view and print medical records that would
otherwise be unavailable.
Viewer offers an excellent and affordable alternative to printing the records for paper storage prior to ceasing use of the legacy system, or to maintaining access to the legacy system via hefty yearly maintenance fees.

Document Extraction
Used to extract documents in various formats. Uses range from extraction of a set of documents for a specialized request, set of charts for a bulk record request or the complete set of documents in the system as part of a system migration.

A Comprehensive Approach
Transitioning from OneContent to a new document imaging platform presents several options for our clients. We have the ability to do comprehensive system checks to identify issues with migration before migrations are even started. We also have the tools to extract data and images from OneContent and provide them to the new system to import.
